AntiqueLens allows you to upload or capture photos of items and receive identification and estimated value information. Results are intended to help you evaluate items and organize your own research.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit any part of the service except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or that interferes with the operation of the service or the experience of other users. This includes attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, infringing intellectual property rights, or misusing account, payment, or subscription systems.
You also agree not to upload photos, metadata, or other content that you do not have the right to use, that violates privacy or publicity rights, or that contains illegal, infringing, or harmful material.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription. Your use of those paid features is also subject to the applicable subscription terms provided for your platform.
We may change, remove, or add features to subscription plans from time to time. Platform billing rules, taxes, pricing, and renewal mechanics may vary by device, app store, and region.
6. User Content and Feedback
If you submit photos, item descriptions, feedback, suggestions, reviews, support messages, or other materials through the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and support the service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any content you provide and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, text, graphics, trademarks, software, content selection, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Third-Party Services
The service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including app stores, analytics providers, cloud hosting, image-processing providers, payment systems, or other external tools. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, functionality, availability, or terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
AntiqueLens provides identification results and estimated values based on the information and images you submit. These results are informational estimates only and are not professional appraisals, offers to purchase, guarantees of authenticity, guarantees of market value, or legal, tax, insurance, financial, or investment advice.
The actual value of an item may vary significantly based on factors such as condition, provenance, rarity, restoration history, current market demand, sale channel, buyer location, and expert inspection. You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice before relying on any result for resale, insurance, lending, tax, probate, donation, or other high-value decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, expose us to legal liability, or if we decide to stop offering the service.
